Hi TI,
Is it possible to get PCB design details like USB2 traces width, clearance, and thickness based on DPEVM? I also notice the DPEVM uses 3-layer PCB which is uncommon.

Thanks for reaching out.
Please note that the EVM ISOUSB211DPEVM is a 4-layer PCB where layer 2 mostly consists of GND planes while layer 3 doesn't have any traces or planes and hence is not listed out in the EVM user guide.
Regarding the other details you requested, I will check and share you trace width and thickness. Regarding clearance, could you please confirm if you meant to refer to the spacing between D+ and D- pins? Thanks.

Thanks for confirming, please find the request information below.
Trace Width: 20 mil
Trace Thickness: 1 Oz Copper (~1.4 mil)
Trace Spacing: 10 mil
The internal GND planes are used to create a differential impedance of ~90Ω on the USB lines. I hope that these answer your questions, thanks.

I tried the given parameters, but it seems the D- and D+ traces are too close to the pins next to D-/D+, like in the picture below (page 7 of DPEVM PDF document).
