ISO1410: Difference between nonB and B.

Guru 11265 points
Part Number: ISO1410

Hi team,

I'd like to know about the difference between ISO1410B and ISO1410.
The only difference in the datasheet seems to be between reinforced and basic.

Is the IC Die the same?
Is there any difference in the inspection process?

Sincerely.
Kengo.

  • Hi Kengo,

    Thanks for reaching out.

The suffix 'B' means basic isolation and the devices are basic isolation variants of their original 'non-B' reinforced isolation devices. In this case, ISO1410 offers reinforced isolation while ISO1410 supports basic isolation only. The devices accordingly have different Final Test program in ATE for screening. Thanks.
