I have read the datasheet of two devices but find no significant difference in between. Could you clarify that and if ISO7741E can replace ISO7741 pin-to-pin?

Thanks for reaching out.
The E in ISO7741 stands for extended temperature range. ISO7741E-Q1 is automotive qualified Q100 Grade 0 device which requires the operating temperature range to be -40C to 150C. Most other Q1 devices that you see in our portfolio are Grade 1 devices supporting -40C to 125C temperature range. Thanks.
