Hi Team,

I see that ISO1050 can meet the standard of ISO11898-2, but customer thinks it unclear and wants to know if ISO1050 can meet the standard of ISO11898-2-2016和ISO11898-2-2007？

    Hi Nison,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    The previous major revision of ISO898-2 was in 2003. Since, ISO1050 was released in 2009 it was designed in reference to ISO 11898-2:2003. In 2007, I believe there was no revision of ISO 11898-2 but ISO 11898-5:2007 was introduced with low-power mode.

    For devices meeting ISO 11898-2:2016 with support CAN FD, I would recommend customer to consider ISO1042. Thanks.
