ISO7241C: What's the difference

Part Number: ISO7241C

Hi expert.

What is the difference between ISO7241CDWRG4 and ISO7241CQDWRQ1?

 1. Does these parts share the same Chip?

2.If YES, difference is only AEQ certification?

3.If NO, please tell me the characteristic difference and precautions for use in that difference.

 I would appreciate it if you could comment if there is no problem with using it.

    Yes, they have the same chip used in both devices.

    Correct, the Q1 rated device goes through additional qualification and other tests.

    We do not expect any differences in datatsheet specifications, but if there are they would be very minimal which might be done to improve the margins and achieve higher DPPM. Thanks.
