4KV power isolation

Im looking for an isolation solution for power. The requirement is 4KV so the solution should be 4.5KV or 5KV. The power on the isolated side is about 100mA. What do you have for a controller and transformer? Temp rating is 0-70C

Hi Bill,

We need more information about the application/regulator. What is Vin range, Vout, (Iout=100mA)? Desired switching frequency? Do you have a power topology in mind?

5V in, 5V out, could probably live with 3.3V out, Iout ~100mA. This is for USB isolation

It does seem to fit what i need but there is no stock anywhere so that doesn't help much either. Or at least I couldn't find any stock.

If you contact your local TI sales office they can help you purchase them. They will want some details about the end application: annual usage, etc.
