ISO7240M: ISO7240MDWR

Part Number: ISO7240M

Good afternoon,

I have a question, there found two differences on the edge of this this part(different Mfg Lot).

Need some help to confirm on this component edge because in datasheet only available for "bevel edge".

Or else it is counterfeit part from my supplier.

    But before that, could you please help me with a clearer picture for the device on the right? Currently I am unable to read the top marking, I would require the information on device top marking to verify the device. Let me know, thanks.

    sorry the physical is not with me now.

    but the unclear Body Marking is 13AG82T ISO7240M G4.

    Hello Nur,

    We were able to confirm that the bevel edge to the plastic package should be how all devices are manufactured from TI, which matches what is shared in the datasheet. 

    Additionally if you did not acquire this device from TI directly or through an approved distributor then we are unlikely to be able to provide additional guidance.

    Thanks for your further update on this IC.

    However, I need some information , does the IC IS07240MDWR will be manufacturing ONLY in Taiwan Branch ?

    Or any possibility this IC will be manufacturing in Malaysia or other country?

    Hi Nur,

    As you may have already noticed, the quality and reliability page on TI website lists Taiwan as the only assembly site for the part ISO7240MDWR (see screenshot below). Thus, Taiwan is the only assembly site for this device. Thanks.
