What is the difference between ISOxxxxF and ISOxxxx devices (Ex. ISO7741 vs. ISO7741F)?

The difference in part number is shown in the first figure below from the product folder on TI.com
The ‘F’ suffix of our digital isolator devices denotes the default output state of the device. In the event of input power or signal loss, the default output is high for devices without suffix F and low for devices with suffix F. Further detail of operation is shown in the function table below.
The two devices are p2p compatible and in most cases interchangeable, however in some cases the system can be sensitive to a change in the default output state. If interchanged, the customer must determine whether or not their system is sensitive to the change in default output state.
