ISO7760: The internal oscillation frequency is needed

Part Number: ISO7760
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ISO7841, , ISO7741

Hi experts,

My customer would like to know the internal oscillation frequency of ISO7760, ISO7741 and ISO7841.

Best regards,

Shunsuke Yamamoto

  • Hi Yamamoto-san,

    Thanks for reaching out.

I am assuming you are looking for the OOK modulation carrier frequency of the stated ISO devices. All these devices have a carrier frequency of 450MHz. Let me know if you have any further questions, thanks.

  • Hi Rao-san,

    Thank you for your reply.
I understood that OOK modulation carrier frequency of ISO devices are 450MHz.
Do you have any reference materials that prove OOK modulation carrier frequency of ISO devices are 450MHz such as EMI performance data?

    Best regards,

    Shunsuke Yamamoto

  • Hi Yamamoto-san,

The device is specifically designed to support a 450MHz OOK carrier and the oscillator operates at this frequency. As part of device development and characterization, this has been sufficiently tested and verified.

Let me know if this answers your question, thanks.

  • Hi Rao-san

    Thank you for your reply.

I understood the device has been sufficiently tested and verified.

My customer wants to have the proven data that the carrier frequency of ISO7760 is 450MHz.

EMI data of ISO7760 is also ok for him.

    Best regards,

    Shunsuke Yamamoto

  • Hi Yamamoto-san,

The internal carrier is a low voltage signal and hence, it doesn't cause any radiations unlike a switching power supply where the power levels are much higher. I am sharing below ISO7741 radiated emissions test data for your reference, as you can see, there are radiations caused by ISO7741 internal carrier. Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with. Thanks.
