ISOW7841: Difference between ISOW7841 and ISOW7841AQ1

Hello Support team,

What is difference between ISOW7841 and ISOW7841AQ1? Is this automotive qual only?

Rev history on each datasheet are different, so customer suspect. E.g, ISOW7841 has "Added 3.3 V to 5 V power converter support throughout" but ISOW7841AQ1 does not have.

Thanks for reaching out.

As you mentioned, the only difference between them is the automotive qualification. The automotive datasheet might not have been updated, otherwise, both devices support 3.3V input to 5V output voltage configuration. Thanks.

Sorry, I quickly checked the datasheet now. I see the Q1 datasheet is also updated and shows 3.3V input and 5V output support. Please see the images below, thanks.
