What is the specific communication failure reason?

This is a verbal question from the customer, so there is no schematic diagram and waveform diagram.

    Hi Morty,

    We do not expect these devices to fail for hot plug operations. Could you please ask the customer to provide more information about the communication failure? What exactly do you mean by failure, and can the customer please share waveforms showing the failure?

    Could you also please ask the customer to clarify the test conditions in which the failure was observed? How is the ISO1042/ISO1050 being connected to the bus, and is the ISO1042/ISO1050 powered when it is connected to the bus?

    Did the customer provide any additional information on how the device was connected to the bus, and if the device was powered whenever it was connected to the bus?

    Sorry, I have been waiting for customer's additional information and they didn't.

    I suppose it is a software bug.
