For ISO7720, it’s descripted 5000V rms isolation rating, it means 5000*1.414 V DC isolation rating, right?

Thanks for posting your question on E2E forum.
We perform our high voltage testing with AC waveforms (rms or pk values). We have noticed that DC voltage is much less stringent on the isolation barrier than the AC voltage and therefore I expect ISO7720 to comfortably pass 5000*1.414 DC voltage stress.
