TI has isolated digital inputs ISO1211. Does TI also has an isolated digital output IC?

If no do you have a recommended way how to design isolated digital output with Ti isolation components?

No, we do not have any isolated digital output ICs. However, we do have some reference designs that you can refer to for this type of application.
