Thank you very much for reaching out with these questions. Currently we have two new TI devices that fit with your requirements. TPSI3050-Q1 (10V gate drive strength) and TPSI3052-Q1 (15V gate drive strength). These two devices integrated a bias supply and isolated driver using a single isolation barrier. You can visit our Solid State Relay (SSR) page at https://www.ti.com/power-management/power-switches/solid-state-relays/overview.html for more information about these devices. These devices feature a floating secondary side driver which allows to be use for high side or low side drivers. 

While these devices were intended for low switching frequencies or static switching, it can be possible to achieve up to 100kHz of maximum switching frequency depending on the gate charge of the FET being used. As long as your switching frequency is below 100kHz, this could be a good fit for your solution.

actually we are looking for isolated 12V/15V input DC-DC converter with automotive qualified to drive 1700V SiC MOSFET in high side. can you please suggest the part. it will be helpful.

We have a few reference designs that show how the device can be configure. Essentially you can think of this device as a driver with a floating secondary side. The secondary side of the device can float up to 1.4kV. The image below can provide you a more visual representation for better understanding. It is good also to mention the limitation on the switching frequency with a max of 100kHz. 

Since you are using SiC FETs, I would recommend using the TPSI3052-Q1 with a 15V gate drive voltage to achieve the lowest Rdson possible for the power FETs.

Just to make sure we are on the same page. TPSI305x-Q1 are devices that integrate the isolated driver and the bias supply. Basically this device generates the bias supply for the gate drive.

However, if you need a dedicated isolated DC-DC power supply I will connect you with the isolated DC-DC power supply experts for more help.

I tried to simulate both the IC's (TPSI3050-Q1 (10V gate drive strength) and TPSI3052-Q1 (15V gate drive strength). in LTspice but getting below error. Can you help in rectifying error and can you suggest any other similar parts with same specifications. it will be really helpful.

In the same application, we are sensing overcurrent flowing through the shunt resistor which is used in flyback SMPS. Can you suggest any op-amp to be used as sensing amplifier and comparator with latching.

Here is a link to all current sense amplifiers that satisfy the electrical criteria you listed (comparator latching/non-latching option, automotive).

INA381 is the most affordable, but you’re welcome to browse the other alternatives.
