Is there any reference circuit to sense the duty cycle of the 1700V SiC MOSFET.
or any reference design having duty cycle sensing circuit (sense Ton and Toff ) of the drain to source voltage (Vds) pulse.
we are looking for hardware circuit not with microcontroller.
