Hi, For doing a DC analysis, can we get the VOH min value for ISO1540D

Thanks for reaching out.

Since the outputs of ISO1540 can only be LOW or OPEN as they are open-collector, VOH spec cannot be defined for the device outputs. The external pull-up resistors determine the VOH values.

Most MCU inputs are going to have high input impedance and hence, you should see VOH = ~VCC as the current consumed by these MCU inputs and the voltage drop across the pull-up resistors are going to be negligible.
