ISO7820LL: About tsk(pp)

Part Number: ISO7820LL

Hi team,

My customer is considering to use ISO7820LL and have a question about the tsk(pp).

In the datasheet, maximum value for tsk(pp) is 4.5ns.

If there is device A and B, there will be a worst cases that A is lagged ±4.5ns to B. So, from device A's point of view, the range of the lag/delay is 9.0ns, right?

If the speed of the communication is 100Mbps, it it 10ns for 1bit.

If the range of the lag is about 9.0ns, the margin for the skew or set/hold will be 1ns (10ns-9ns)

Is this correct?

I guess 1ns is too short for the margin. So, I would like to make it clear about tsk(pp).

Regards,

Ohashi
