Posting on be half of my customer.
Can this device be used for discrete inputs and outputs? What I understood of the chip it doesn't rely on processing. So if I only change voltage levels once in a 5 minute period, the chip would still transfer the voltage change. It could handle a '0.001 bps' data rate?
