We have found spice model of ISO7763 from your website. But the available file is encrypted file. Could you please provide a spice model of ISO7763 which is compatible to Simetrix.

Thank you for your question. All of our spice models are designed and verified to work with PSPICE-FOR-TI and may or may not work with other simulation tools like Simetrix. For this reason we recommend using PSPICE-FOR-TI for simulations. The software is free and can be downloaded from the TI website here.
