ISO7220A: PSPICE Model

Part Number: ISO7220A

Hi 

   Ive tried converting the available IBIS model to PSPICE Using model editor , but the file isnt getting uploaded into ibis translator .

     Is there a way you can provide me with the spice model

    Hello Nima,

    Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we only have the IBIS model available for the ISO7220A. The ISO7220A is part of an older device family. If possible for your use case, it would be recommended to use one of the newer versions of the device, the ISO6720 or the ISO7720. These newer devices are drop-in replacements and have PSpice models available.
