Thank you for your question. We don't have a defined minimum pulse width, but we can approximate from the data rate. The ISO7720 supports a maximum data rate of 100Mbps, which corresponds to 50MHz signal. That means the signal would have a total period of 20ns, and with a 50% duty cycle, the pulse width would be ~10ns. Therefore it is recommended to use a pulse width of 10ns or greater.
