-Can you please confirm that typical Circut hook up (Fig 10-2) from datasheet is the recommendation to follow?
The EVM is showing some difference in how the different GND references are implemented.
-Any other specific schematics checks and PCB recommendation required?

Both the schematics from datasheet and EVM can be used but the EVM schematic can offer slightly better radiated emissions results. Please check below application brief that specifically talks about designing schematic, component placement and layout along with other guidelines.
