    Thank you for your question. This specific HV/ISOLATION OPTION example board layout included in the datasheet can be used with any isolator in the DW package. You can determine the package of a device from the orderable part number. Please reference this FAQ, which describes how to read digital isolator part numbers. The available packages for a given device can also be found in the datasheet.
