Thank you for reaching out.
The IDD curve over datarate shows how current typically varies with datarate. The trend should remain the same for both VDD = 3.3V and VDD = 5V. Since the variation is also a small percentage of the average current, it is fair to assume similar trend for 5V as well.
If you are looking at the actual typical current at VDD = 5V, then that is listed in datasheet under Supply Current. The typical current with VDD = 5V, RL = 120Ω, datarate = 500kbps and VISOOUT = 3.3V is 63mA as against 77mA for VDD = 3.3V under same test conditions. The variation in current should remain similar for both supply voltages.

Hi Shotaro-san,
Sorry, we do not have current consumption data for 9.6kbps but we do provide current consumption information for 0kbps and the current at 9.6kbps will lie between the current consumption of 0kbps and 500kbps.
Please refer to the below table from datasheet. The highlighted 56mA current is for 0kbps while 62mA is for 500kbps under same operating test conditions with VDD = 5V. Hence, the current consumption for 9.6kbps will be between 56mA and 62mA typical. I hope this answers your question, thanks.
