We designed the circuit in the picture below for Uart communication, but communication is not possible. Where are we going wrong?

    I will need some additional information regarding the problem.

    1. Are there any corrupted bits coming from either the input or output of the isolation device? if yes, please provide some details.
    2. Can you please include waveforms of the input and output pins from where you see the problem?
    3. How many devices were tested and how many devices failed due to this issue?
    4. What is the UART data rate for this device?
