ISOW7721: Status of Safety Certifications

Part Number: ISOW7721

Section 7.7 of the ISOW7721 datasheet indicates "pending" for all certificates #, contract #, file #, and client ID.  What is the status of the safety certifications and can you provide the associated certificates #, contract #, file #, and client ID?
