Hi, I am looking for the implementation of OTG with ISOUSB211 IC. How the ID pin connected to the circuit and how the detection happens.

Hello Jayesh,

Thank you for reaching out and considering ISOUSB211. The ISOUSB211 does not have a hardware ID pin. However, ISOUSB211 still supports USB OTG using OTG Host Negotiation Protocol (HNP).

Please see datasheet section 8.3.3 Symmetric Operation, Dual-Role Port and Role-Reversal and How to implement an isolated USB 2.0 high speed, Type-C® DRP (ti.com) for more information.

If the ID pin is still needed for your application, you can pair ISOUSB211 with a single channel digital isolator like ISO7710.
