hi,

we don't have simulation models for the SN6507x, only IBIS is available, correct?

Hello Vincenzo,

Thank you for reaching out. For SN6507-Q1 we only have PSPICE for TI and TINA-TI models. Available models can be found in the device product folder as shown below. The IBIS model for SN6507 (non-automotive) should be similar enough for validation purposes if needed.

The .lib portion of the files above can be used to "port" the PSPICE model to other software if needed.

actually i see only SN6501 & SN6505, but no SN6507:

any thoughts?

Thank you for following up. I checked with the team, and you are correct. There is no PSPICE model for SN6507.
