For the figures entitled "Efficiency vs Load Current" (for example Figure 6-2), does the efficiency estimate include the losses from the diode?

    Thank you for reaching out. 

    Yes, the diode losses are included in the efficiency measurement. The figure used in figure 7-1 is used for measurement of Vout, and efficiency vs. Iload.
