ISO1050: Power supply discharging bux fixed?

Hi,

We have received a PCN on this part and upon inspection of the latest rev K datasheet, the specific requirement on Power Supply Discharging is missing from this revision. The rev J datasheet had section 10.2 'Power Supply Discharging', has this bug been fixed or is it an omission?

This bug caused us a number of issues until we patched the design, don't want others to suffer if the datasheet has been updated in error.

Hi Ian,

Thanks for reaching out.

The issue that you are referring to is no longer present with this device. Therefore, Section 10.2 was intentionally removed from the most recent revision of the datasheet because it is no longer applicable to the ISO1050.

Hi Ian,

After discussing this issue with the team further, we realized that this issue still may be present in the ISO1050. The section of the datasheet that explains this bug was removed by mistake in the latest datasheet update. Thanks for bringing this to our attention, we will work to add this section back to the datasheet.
