Thanks for reaching out and promoting ISO1050. The waveform shown (I am assuming this is CANH or CANL) looks capacitive. Typically, TVS diodes have some load capacitance spec. I would recommend removing the TVS diodes and see if performance improves. If it does, then select a diode with less capacitance.
If this is the case, then please see TI's TVS diodes product selection. Feel free to open a new thread to confirm, but TSM24CA is a low capacitance diode for industrial CAN (with automotive spin in preview) that may be better suited for the application.
