I assume i need internal servo control, similar to either of these:

Transistor out:

But if temperature and and nonlinearity is available without servo, that's acceptable too.

Thank you for reaching out.

We currently do not have isolators with internal servo control but we do have Opto-Emulator that offers significantly improved CTR performance. Please refer to ISOM8110 datasheet, the CTR vs forward current plot and the collector current vs temperature plot for more details. Please let us know if this meets your requirement, thanks.
