I have a question regarding Supply Current.

1) I understand each Supply Current as below, is it correct?

2) Supply current - Please tell me how to calculate the current value for each transmission rate of AC.

    Thank you for your questions,

    I have answered your questions below:

    1. Yes, your understanding is correct. The ICC1 directly correlates to the VCC1 side while the ICC2 values directly correlates to VCC2 side.
    2. In the datasheet, the current shown in the images you included is actual data points that were measured. The image below describes how you can find the current consumption per channel per Mbps (Datasheet Section 3):
