Dear,

One customer wants to test the ISO1640 for his application, he'd like to know how to test the below electrical characteristics with the yellow test conditions. Do we have any application notes about these tests?

    Hello Kailyn, 

    Each of the timing specs are tested using the below test circuit diagram (linked in the online version of the datasheet) under the conditions listed on the table. 

    Additional test circuits can be found throughout Section 7.
