Can I use this or any of the parts in the series (ISOM811x) in a 1000 VDC application.

Hello IK,

Thanks for reaching out. No, unfortunately ISOM811x is only rated for a working voltage of 707VDC at this time.

If higher isolation is needed and the signal is digital, you can use a digital isolator, like ISO7721, which has a higher working voltage.
