I can't see the complete schematic but assuming that you are using the half-wave rectifier approach for output rectification, as shown below. For this configuration, the calculation that you have used are close approximates. For more accurate value, please use Equation (10) from datasheet (copied below), rearrange to calculate VO-max and multiply the calculated value with 4 to adjust for the half-wave rectification approach.
Since you are using half-wave rectification, please expect higher output ripple. If higher ripple is not okay for your application then we recommend choosing a transformer with higher turns-ratio. Let me know if you have any further questions, thanks.
