ISOM8110: maximum creepage for ISOM81XX series and whether it is suitable for application with low standby power AC/DC flyback controller

will ISOM8110 be able to handle 1500V working voltage for the creepage (reinforced isolation), also do we recommend to use ISOM8110 to replace Opto-coupler for the HVC low standby power AC/DC flyback controller such as UCC28740..etc

    Hello Max,

    Thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, ISOM8110 will not support 1500V working voltage. The DFG/DFH package that is currently available is 500 V working voltage.

    For low power standby mode, ISOM811x requires a minimum of 0.5 mA on the input to power the device. Please assess if the 0.5mA minimum input current is considered "low standby power" for your application.
