What are the withstand voltage and maximum current values of the two MOS transistors inside the chip?

    Hi Tony,

    Thank you for reaching out.

    The maximum ratings of the internal transistors are the same as device D1/D2 ratings listed in the absolute max ratings table. i.e., D1/D2 max voltage rating is 16V and the current is 2.4A. Please see below snapshot from datasheet, thanks.
