Are there any products that can replace the following products?

・TLP2368
・TLP291-4

    Thanks for looking at our opto-emulators. See my recommendations below:

    • ISOM8711 is the best replacement for TLP2368.

    • ISOM8110 is the best replacement for TLP291-4. However, this is a 4-channel device. Currently only single channel options are available.

    Hi DDdoor, 

    • ISOM8110 >> TLP183
    • ISOM8711 >> TLP2309 - this one is a little tricky. The most similar device would be ISOM8711 however it isn't an exact match, please evaluate if it is applicable to your system.

    Regarding CTR, comparing the specs of ISOM8110 and TLP183, the CTR(MAX) is very different.
    For this reason, I am wondering if it is possible to replace it with ISOM8110.
    What should I think about this?

    ・ISO8110
    Current transfer ratio (CTR) at IF = 5 mA, VCE = 5V
    ISOM8110 : 100% to 155%

    ・TLP183
    Current transfer ratio (CTR) at IF = 5 mA, VCE = 5V
    TLP183 : 100% to 600%

    Hello DDdoor, 

    Generally a device with a tighter variance should work in an application with a wider range because the system will have to be designed with consideration for the full range, so a 100-155% should work in applications currently using 100% to 600%. 

    However, if there is a subset of the range that is generally used, then we are also in progress to release different CTR variants as shown on the datasheet:

    A different variant may be selected based on the application need.
