Hello,
I use to an ISO6763FQDWRQ1, we can read in the datasheet to add an 0.1uF. But this sentence, to add a 0.1uF + 1uF is just to improve the behavior during the test or it's for an optimum use?

Hello,
Thank you for your question.
The ISO6763FQDWRQ1 device only requires the 0.1uF capacitor for the normal operation of the device between the VCC pins and GND pins (no more than 2mm away from VCC pin). Other larger capacitors are mainly there to further filter the supply voltage into the device, which is dependent on your system.
