ISOM8711: About life time projection mechanical test report

Hi team

Do we have life time projection for ISOM8711? And mechanical report is also needed, like soldering and pressure test. Thanks!

    Hello Shaofeng, 

    Thank you for reaching out. I am assuming that by "lifetime projection" you are referring to the TDDB graphs as shown in our other datasheets (see below example). The TDDB test takes a long time, and this data is not available for ISOM8711 yet. The datasheet will be updated with a device specific TDDB graph when available.

    Mechanical test results can be found in the qualification summary in the product folder.  

    Or at this link (Quality, reliability, and packaging data download | TI.com) under "Qualification summary" and the 'SD' test.
