the ISOS141-EP fits all the requirements of our project, but theTID.
The requirement is 50kRad, meanwhile the component is limited to 30 kRad.
The specific question is:
which is an alternative component that has a TID equal/greater of 50kRad?
Is there a roadmap to test/upgrade ISOS141-EP the greater TID level?
More in general:
given the -EP portfolio products, is there a roadmap to test/upgrade a subset of these components to greater TID level?
