Regarding the target product "ISO1640BDR" of PCN No.20240605000.1, please provide answers to the following questions.

(1) Please tell us how to identify the product before and after the change.

　　For example, the CODE on the surface of the IC is different, etc.

(2) Are there any differences in mounting conditions or storage conditions before and after the change?

(3) In the evaluation report "PCN20240605001._Notification",

　 ① The test target device is "SO1640DWR (16pin)" for our target device "ISO1640BDR (8pin)".

　　　Is the test result equivalent for our target device as well?

　 ② Many items in the test items seem to be [－]※ Not implemented?

Could you please tell us the reason or your opinion?

Please see my replies below.

Material shipped after the PCN date will have this change. The date can be found on the packing slip or by looking at the package markings.
1. (+) ISO7762: ISO7762 LOT / Date Code marking - Isolation forum - Isolation - TI E2E support forums
There is no change to mounting and storage conditions.
I do not have direct access to the PCN notification documents.
1. I assume the test result is equivalent for both devices
2. I would appear that the "not implemented" test items are not applicable to the changes made and do not need that particular test.
