ISO1228DFBEVM: evaluation board doesn't seem to work properly

Tool/software:

When I connect more than two inputs, this causes the two corresponding outputs to drop to zero or to fluctuate. My inputs are using the same 24V as used with AVCC.

Any ideas on why this occurs?
