    Hi Teja,

    Welcome to TI E2E forum!

    We currently do not have ISOW1044 or a similar part with integrated power available in automotive grade. Our current best automotive solution is to use a 2-chip solution - ISO1042-Q1 and SN6505B-Q1. I hope that this meets your requirements, thanks.
