ISO7741: Failure mode query

My customer wants to know a little bit about failure mode, such as how to design will cuase the following problems:

1. The output is uncontrolled and becomes fixed on high output.

2. The customer uses ISO7741 to transmit the UART data baud rate of the serial port at 460800bps, and the current RX and TX seem to have crosstalk, do you have any good suggestions for improvement?

    1. Can you please provide a schematic of ISO7741?
    2. Can you please provide waveforms of input and output waveforms showing the issue you experienced?
