ISO1540 is used for IIC isolation, SDA low level will have a voltage bump of 600mV, and there will also be overshoot voltage. How is overshoot voltage generated, and how can it be eliminated or avoided? Do you have any good suggestions?

The schematic diagram is shown below. The chip in the diagram is an ADI product, and TI and ADI products are PIN2PIN.
