The datasheet of ISO7821 has ever show the TDDB data in the Figure 5-1 and 5-2. Whether there is full test TDDB report for ISO7842FDWWR? Thanks.

I am assuming you are asking for the TDDB data for the ISO7842 and ISO7821 device. The TDDB data shown on the ISO784x datasheet is applicable to the devices in the ISO78xx family. Shown below is the TDDB data:

We are not able to share this data for TDDB due to restrictions. The TDDB lifetime data is tested using many many devices. In the image from my previous post, temperature, frequency and other parameters are listed.
