I am doing an isolated RS232 serial communication, for this I am using the ISO6721RBQDRQ1 connected as shown in the image, the signals come from an ESP32, in the image I marked in blue the oscilloscope lines where the signal shown was taken.
The communication did not work, and I started to check the problem and found this signal, I do not know why the output voltage does not fall to zero, it stays between a value close to 2v for a low, and rises to 3.3 for a high. When I disconnected the ISO6721 from the board and measured the signal again, the levels were fine being a high 3.3V and a low 0V.
When I measure the signal at the output of the ISO6721 (pin 6) the signal always remains around 1V.
I would be grateful to anyone who can advise me on this matter.
