I have a question regarding ISO7021 and ISO7021F outputs.
ISO7021 (without suffix F) - default output is High.
ISO7021F (with suffix F) - default output is Low.
In the datasheet, the switching characteristics are as shown in Figure - 1, and a device functional table is given as shown in Figure - 2 below.

I have a confusion. Is the ISO7021 (without suffix F) output signal a NOT (Logical NOT) of the Input signal (when on both sides Power is up (PU))? (as shown in Figure - 1 marked in RED). If so the device functional table doesn't reflect the same.
